Your files stay on your device.
The workspaces read selected files and pasted text in your browser and create outputs locally. Images, PDFs, CSV/JSON data, QR payloads and logos are not sent to QBMFX or a conversion API.
Files and retention
Original files, text, previews and processed outputs are held temporarily in the current browser tab. Use available clear controls or close the tab to release this workspace. Downloaded files remain wherever you save them. This release does not save file history or settings to localStorage or a database.
Network requests
Your browser requests the website's HTML, styles and JavaScript from the hosting provider. Hosting infrastructure may log ordinary request information such as IP addresses, user agents and timestamps under its policies. Local processing does not mean the act of visiting the website is anonymous.
No advertising or analytics scripts
This release includes no third-party ads, analytics, external fonts or tracking scripts. Dependencies are bundled with the site. External links take you to websites with their own policies.
Contact messages and private feedback
Contact is separate from local tool processing. On submission, your name, email, topic, selected tool, message, optional device details, optional private rating and source-page field are sent to our Cloudflare Pages Function. It forwards the message through Resend to [email protected]. Cloudflare handles the connection and Resend processes the email. We use your contact details to respond, not to add you to marketing lists. Reviews and ratings remain private feedback.
No QBMFX contact database is added. The request is processed in memory; the implementation does not deliberately log message bodies. Cloudflare and Resend may retain operational logs or email information under their own policies, and messages may remain in our support inbox for handling and follow-up. We do not promise a fixed deletion period. Read Resend's privacy policy and Cloudflare's privacy policy.
With JavaScript enabled, submission stays on this page. No external script, embedded CAPTCHA, login or browser storage is added. A random request ID held in the current tab helps avoid duplicate emails when retrying an unchanged request. Provider acceptance confirms submission, not final inbox delivery. No file attachments are accepted. Do not include passwords, API tokens, client datasets or Wi-Fi credentials. You can email [email protected] directly through your own email provider.
Future changes
Camera capture uses the device file picker on supported mobile browsers; there is no continuous camera stream. QR image scans are local and do not open decoded URLs automatically.
If advertising, analytics, accounts or cloud features are introduced, this notice must be updated before those features are enabled.
